What this site collects about you, and what it doesn't.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Julian March for Blewbury Digital Acceleration Ltd, which is responsible for any personal data it collects. For anything about your data, email julian@blewbury.digital.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It has no advertising and no Google Analytics, and it does not follow you to other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Counting visits

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found the site. It records the page, the site that linked to it, your browser, operating system, type of device and country. Cloudflare says it does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser. I only ever see totals, never individual visitors.

"Book a call" links go through /book before reaching the calendar, so the same totals show how many people click them.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Render and reaches you through Cloudflare. Like any website, they receive your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

Videos

Videos play in Vimeo's player with its "do not track" setting, or in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Vimeo or YouTube receive your IP address when a player loads, and YouTube may store information on your device once you play a video. Their own privacy policies apply.

Booking a call and email

The booking calendar is a Google Calendar page. The name and email address you give there go to Google and to me, and Google's privacy policy applies to that page. If you book a call or email me, I keep what you send so that I can reply, and for any work that follows. I don't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email julian@blewbury.digital. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
